Rachel Blazek, PT, DPT, OCS is a licensed physical therapist with extensive experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions across diverse outpatient and rehabilitative settings. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences and holds board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a distinction that reflects advanced clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to evidence-based care.

Rachel has practiced in outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the Midwest and South, working with patients of all ages and activity levels. Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. She is certified in integrative dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, soft tissue manual therapy and cupping, and pelvic floor therapy, allowing her to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique goals and needs.

Known for her calm, encouraging approach, Rachel values building strong relationships with her patients and believes education and collaboration are key to successful outcomes. She strives to help patients move with confidence, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Rachel is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and she regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy care.
