Allison Hudson, Au.D., CCCA is a licensed audiologist who provides comprehensive hearing and balance care, helping patients better understand their symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options so they can confidently move forward with care.
Dr. Hudson is known for her patientcentered approach, taking time to listen carefully, explain test results in clear, easytounderstand language, and tailor recommendations to each patient’s lifestyle and needs. She is especially passionate about helping patients with complex hearing and balance concerns feel supported, informed, and reassured throughout their evaluation and treatment process.

Dr. Hudson provides a full range of diagnostic audiology testing and hearing aid fitting including:
- Comprehensive hearing evaluations for adults and children
- Diagnostic audiologic testing, including conventional and highfrequency audiometry
- Pediatric audiology, including visual reinforcement and conditioned play audiometry
- Acoustic immittance testing and otoacoustic emissions (OAEs)
- Adult Hearing aid evaluation, selection and fitting
- Patient counseling and education related to hearing loss and balance disorders

Education and Clinical Experience
Dr. Hudson earned her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from Ohio University, where she completed advanced training in medical audiology, vestibular assessment, and patientcentered diagnostic care. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University, with minors in psychology and linguistics.
Previously, Dr. Hudson served as Lead Audiologist at IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians ENT, where she independently ran the audiology department, developed and managed a dedicated vestibular clinic, and performed advanced vestibular and electrophysiologic testing. In this role, she also educated midlevel providers, supervised audiology graduate students, created clinical protocols, and coordinated multidisciplinary care with other medical professionals.
Her leadership experience and deep clinical knowledge reinforce her commitment to delivering highquality, evidencebased audiologic care within an ENT practice setting.
Outside the office, Dr. Hudson enjoys spending time with her family – her husband and daughter, and their two cats. She also spends time vegetable gardening, woodworking, crocheting, and crafting. Outdoor activities she enjoys include golfing and hiking.
