Dr. Strabbing is an Otolaryngologist Head and Neck surgeon, also known as an ENT. He was born and raised in West Michigan.

Rich is a 1996 Calvin College Grad (double major BS biology with honors, Spanish) and 2000 graduate of Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed five years of residency training in ENT and Allergy with 2005 Residency graduation from AT Still University Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery Residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center.  He is actively involved with teaching medical students.  Rich resides in Holland with his wife and four children.

Dr. Jason T. Stubbs is a 2003 graduate of Evangel University in Springfield MO, where he received his Bachelors in biology with a minor in chemistry and physical sciences. He completed a five-year Otolaryngology Head and Neck Facial Plastics Residency at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center (OSUMC), the largest dedicated osteopathic teaching institution in the nation. 

Dr. Stubbs’s interest in helping his patients with thyroid nodules, head and neck masses and other related conditions of the ears, nose, and throat dates back to his medical school training at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky where he received The President’s Award for the medical student with the best clinical skills, in addition to earning all A’s in his residency program.

Successful ENT treatment experiences are always characterized by a team-based approach, and Dr. Stubbs will help you achieve successful ENT treatment. Dr. Stubbs is a team player who thinks on his feet but believes in rigorous preparation to achieve success. He understands the importance of everyone working together to achieve a common goal. His experience as a basketball player at Evangel University, where he earned Academic All-American honors and led his team to the Division II NAIA National Championship, stand as a testament to his ability to lead and succeed, and you can count on him as a trusted professional.

Dr. Mandrick is an audiologist and was also born and raised in southwest Michigan.  She has worked closely with Dr. Strabbing since graduating from Western Michigan University in 2008.  Dr. Mandrick provides various hearing services but has a passion for hearing rehabilitation as well as hearing loss prevention.  She lives with her husband and two young children in Holland, Michigan.

Dr. Braund is an Audiologist who was born and raised in Sterling Heights, Michigan, near the Detroit area. Her focus of interest includes advanced hearing aid technology, hearing rehabilitation, and noise protection. Dr. Braund enjoys providing for patients of all ages. She currently resides in Kentwood, Michigan.

Stefan is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology. Stefan was born and raised in the Holland/Zeeland area. He graduated from Holland Christian High School and completed his entire post-secondary medical training at Grand Valley State University. Stefan strives to provide the highest level of expertise in ear, nose, and throat medicine in a compassionate regard. He resides in Holland with his wife and daughter.

Leslie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She was born and raised in Holland and graduated from Holland Christian High School.  She is an alumnus of Calvin College, Grand Valley State University, and Vanderbilt University.  Prior to specializing in aesthetic medicine, she practiced in primary care of women and adolescent health.  With specialty training and certification in aesthetic medicine, she is passionate about helping patients improve their skin and reclaim their youthful appearance through Botox, dermal fillers, laser, microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and individualized care plans. She resides in Holland with her husband, two children, and numerous pets. She enjoys spending time with family, attending her children’s sports games, music and school events, water sports, cooking, and playing electric violin with their church worship team.
